"We've been with Charlie Aufenthie for years. Started when we lived in Marshall and continued with him when we moved to Maple Grove. He's always been fair and accessible. He's been there for us through a few difficult times including hail storms that wrecked our roof and shredded our siding and recently stood by us when our sump pump failed and our new home sustained water damage. All insurance companies say they will be there when you need them. Charlie delivers on that promise! You can trust that he will stand behind you when you need him."
